General Body Meeting Of AIPEU Gr C, Phulbani on 14.01.2018.

No- PHI/AIPEU/Gr C/01-01/18 dated at Phulbani the 03^rd January 2018.

      Notice is hereby served under the article number 48 of the Constitution of All India Postal Employees Union, Group C to hold a General Body Meeting of AIPEU Gr C, Phulbani Division at 11:00 hrs sharp on 14^th January 2018 (Sunday) in the PRC, Phulbani in the campus of Phulbani (O) HO.

The following shall be the agenda for discussion.

1.      Proposed roll out of CSI in Phulbani Division on 20^th February 2018.

2.      Approval of expenditures

3.      Staff grievances.

4.      Any other Items with the permission of chair.

5.      Vote of thanks.

All are requested to attend the meeting positively on the scheduled time to participate in discussion and express their valuable opinions / suggestions and to strengthen the union.
